Mr. Maulvi Badruddin Haqqani, during the Russian invasion, performed various jihadi services and duties in the jihadi centers of the late Maulvi Jalaluddin Haqqani – may God have mercy on him. Following the American invasion of Afghanistan, he served as the Khalifa Sahib’s special advisor and financial officer from 2001 to 2020, at the dawn of the holy jihad struggle against the United States.

During the Jihadi era, he was a member of the Khost Provincial Commission, and was also responsible for the affairs of refugees and martyrs in Khost, Paktia, and Paktika provinces, and a year before the conquest, he served as the head of the press team of the honorable Khalifa.

After the defeat of the Americans in Afghanistan, when the glorious conquest of the Afghan Mujahid people and the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate were announced, Mr. Haqqani was appointed as the General Director of Procurement under the Ministry of Interior Affairs under the leadership of Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani from 2021 to 2022.

In addition to jihadi and administrative service, Mr. Haqqani has also made significant contributions in the scientific and cultural fields and literary struggle, and the preparation and supervision of the book (The Great Reformer and the Great Warrior) written on the life and jihadi leadership of the late Maulvi Jalaluddin Haqqani – may God have mercy on him – and his work is a proud example of this cultural service.

Mr. Maulvi Badruddin Haqqani, through the special trust and attention of the honored and beloved Amir of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Sheikh of the Quran and Hadith Maulvi Hibatullah Akhundzada, presented his credentials to the Head of State of the United Arab Emirates on 11 Safar Al-Muzaffar 1446 (15/8/2024) and was appointed as the Ambassador of Afghanistan to Abu Dhabi.
