Before You Apply

Before You Apply for Visa

Applicants must ensure that all required items are prepared in advance to avoid delays during submission.

Requirements

Types of Visas

Photograph Requirements

  • Passport-size photograph
  • White background only
  • File size must be less than 50 KB

Document Requirements

  • Documents must be uploaded in PDF format only
  • Each file must not exceed 300 KB
  • Required documents include:
    • Passport
    • National ID
    • Relevant supporting documents

During the Application Process

  • Applicants are required to complete the application in one continuous session, from start to finish.

Email Field Instructions

  • While entering an email address, applicants must use “AT” instead of “@”
    • Example: nameATemail.com

Upload Order (Mandatory)

  1. Upload all required documents first
  2. Upload the photograph last

Applicants are strongly advised to follow the above instructions carefully.
